Our services are provided on a consulting basis and are subject to individual engagement agreements.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, provide accurate information, and not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Formal consulting engagements will be governed by a separate Service Agreement outlining scope, fees, duration, responsibilities, and confidentiality provisions. In the event of conflict, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

All content on the sdsolomonpty.online website is the property of Sd Solomon Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Materials created during engagements remain our property until full payment is received.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during our engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for five (5) years.

Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice as specified in the Service Agreement, or immediately for material breach not remedied within 14 days. All fees for services rendered become immediately payable upon termination.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Disputes shall be resolved through: (1) good faith negotiation within 14 days, (2) mediation administered by the Australian Disputes Centre in Adelaide, South Australia, or (3) litigation in the courts of South Australia.
Sd Solomon Pty Ltd shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sd Solomon Pty Ltd.
Sd Solomon Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
